Behaviour Support
Is your cat urine spray marking or toileting outside their litter box? Displaying aggression towards people or other pets? Scratching your furniture? Overgrooming? Eating non-food items? Hiding all day? Cats are sensitive creatures, who often experience stress, anxiety and fear due to changes in their physical or social environment.
Feline behaviour problems can be difficult to live with, take a huge toll on you and your cat, and may feel impossible to tackle alone. As a feline behaviour specialist experienced in managing challenging cat behaviour problems, I'm here to guide and support you, helping you and your cat to get back on track and start enjoying life together.

Behaviour Advice
Have you welcomed your first kitten or cat into the family and want to set them up for success? Are you worried about how your cat will cope with an upcoming house move or the arrival of a new pet or baby? Perhaps you’re concerned that your cat is bored or inactive and you’ve heard that this can lead to behavioural problems and unhealthy weight gain. Maybe your feline companion has a medical condition or special needs and you want to make life easier for them.
I can provide practical, tailored guidance on how to meet your cat's species-specific and individual needs to help them thrive, support them through challenging events or changes and prevent problem behaviours arising.

Training
It’s a common misconception that cats can’t be trained. The truth is cats are highly intelligent and very trainable. But why train a cat? Training cats for enrichment and cooperative care offers numerous benefits for cats, their guardians and caregivers.
I offer tailored positive reinforcement training plans and 1:1 coaching to help you and your cat learn together. Whether you're a cat training novice or a training enthusiast who would like some support to refine your skills, take your training to the next level, troubleshoot a training challenge, or try nosework or pattern games for the first time, I can help. Training packages are suitable for kittens and cats of all ages and abilities.

What Clients Are Saying
I WELCOME CLIENTS FROM ANYWHERE IN THE UK
I can work with you remotely via video conferencing:
There are several key advantages to remote consultations over in-home consultations, including…
Your cat’s behaviour may be different if a behaviourist visits your home. Cats often hide or act more cautiously than usual if there’s an unfamiliar person in their territory. I will likely observe a more accurate representation of your cat’s behaviour if I’m not physically in your home, allowing for a more comprehensive assessment.
The presence of an unfamiliar person in your cat’s home environment may cause them to experience fear, anxiety and stress, negatively impacting their behaviour and emotional well-being.
I can demonstrate interventions and training techniques with my cats and then watch you implement the training/behaviour modification plan with your cat(s).
I can demonstrate cat toys and puzzle feeders and show you examples of optimal litter box and scratching post setups.
